Buying, downloads and refunds
Slatewise LLC makes these products. Gumroad processes each purchase as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Prices are in US dollars, and checkout shows the total before you pay.
Everything here is a digital download, so nothing is shipped. After checkout, Gumroad shows a download button and emails you the link. If you'd rather buy on Gumroad's own site, the same products are in our Gumroad store.
Digital downloads can't be returned, exchanged or canceled. If a file won't open, a link doesn't work, or something isn't as described, write to support@slatewisestudio.com and we'll fix it, or refund you if we can't. This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law where you live.
